Ahoy Pirates,
Well, Shane still thinks he is a movie star, even though he was only on TV for 2 minutes. If you missed the show, and the self promoting email from Shane, you can still check out the Sydney Weekender show with Feet First Dive on our website videos section.
For those who have been diving lately, it has been great with 20m vis at Hally this weekend. You also may have noticed a few new Dive Masters In Training. We have had Dan and Paul pushing through the course over the past few weeks and they are nearly finished. Also, long time pirate Slick (aka Karl) has just started his training. So give the guys heaps when you see them.
PIRATE DIVE CLUB. The next club dive is scheduled for Saturday 6 December with the same routine as always. High tide is at 2.52pm, so meet at the shop about an hour earlier, gear up and join us for a dive. Afterwards we will ark up the bar-b-que and enjoy a sausage sizzle and a few light ales. We have had quite a few new members join, so come along and make them feel welcome.
CHRISTMAS PARTY. We are really going to celebrate this year and have planned a huge Christmas Party. We are talkin’ lots of drinks, food, Santa and rockin’ tunes by Alternate Air - the dive club band. The party will be at the Australian Shark and Ray Centre on Marsh Road, on Friday 19 December at 7:30pm. Let us know if you are coming - we don’t want to run out of beer and wine! It will be an excellent night, so please come along.
